Infiltrating lipomatosis of the face (IL-F) is a rare disorder in which mature adipocytes infiltrate tissues, leading to facial asymmetry. We present three cases, emphasizing their clinical and imaging features, and diagnosis and a English language literature review from 1983-2016. In two of our cases typical clinical features of IL-F were observed, including enlargement of cheek and bones, and early tooth eruption. The other case stood out due to its uncommon clinical presentation, the patient had hemi-macroglossia, ipsilateral submandibular gland enlargement and papillomatosis on the dorsum of tongue. The presence of infiltrating adipose tissue is essential to confirm the diagnosis.
